AI Gardener Refund Policy

Summary
AI Gardener is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases — including subscriptions and in-app purchases — are handled directly by Apple and Google under their respective refund policies. Sodalis AI LLC does not process marketplace refunds directly.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, request it through the platform where you made the purchase.
1. Refunds for App Store purchases (iOS)
All AI Gardener subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:
- Open reportaproblem.apple.com on any browser and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Find the AI Gardener charge and follow Apple's prompts to request a refund.
- Apple reviews and decides each request. We have no ability to approve or reverse a marketplace charge.
2. Refunds for Google Play purchases (Android)
All AI Gardener subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store, go to your purchases, locate the AI Gardener charge, and follow Google's refund prompts — or visit play.google.com/store/account.
- Google reviews and decides each request.

3. Subscriptions — auto-renewal and cancellation
AI Gardener subscriptions are recurring. By default they renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current billing period.
- Cancelling is done in the marketplace, not in the AI Gardener app:
- iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → AI Gardener → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → AI Gardener → Cancel.
- Deleting the AI Gardener app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the marketplace.
- After cancelling, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
4. Account deletion is independent of refunds
Deleting your AI Gardener account (Settings → Delete Account) deletes your data per our Privacy Policy. It does not:
- Cancel an active subscription. Cancel separately through the marketplace before or after deleting your account.
- Trigger a refund of past charges. Refund eligibility is decided by Apple or Google under their policies.
Conversely, receiving a refund does not delete your account. If you want both, take both actions.
5. Questions and billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect and Apple or Google has declined a refund — or if you have a billing question that the marketplace cannot resolve — contact us at support@sodalis-ai.com.
We will review your case and provide our best assessment. Please note that Sodalis AI LLC has no ability to reverse a charge processed by Apple or Google — outcomes of our review depend on platform action.
6. Free trial
The 14-day AI Gardener free trial involves no charge. No refund is required because no payment is taken during the trial. To avoid the first subscription charge, cancel before the trial ends — see §3 above for cancellation steps.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at sodalis-ai.com/refund.
